Sharing in AVA

Share your work with your team.

Sharing Sessions

AVA allows you to share sessions with other members of your team to help speed up your work. You can share your Chat and Knowledge Search sessions, and their associated Workspace content to anyone else who has access to AVA on your cloud.

Sharing Chats

You can share AVA Chat sessions with your team with the following steps:

  1. Click on the Share icon for the session you want to share in the session history  
  2. Select the team members with whom you would like to share your chat*
  3. Click Share

*Only those team members who have accessed AVA will be visible in the Share dialog.

Sharing Tasks

Sharing of Tasks is still in development, but you can save tasks to the Task Library for your team to use.

Note: Everyone on your team will be able to see the tasks you save to the Task Library.

Sharing Knowledge Searches

  1. Click on the Share icon for the session you want to share in the session history **
  2. Select the team members with whom you would like to share your knowledge search
  3. Click Share

**Note: Sharing a knowledge search with users who have different permissions in SharePoint can cause Knowledge Search to break in the shared chat.

Security, Data Privacy and Sharing

Data security is important in all business tools, and AVA is no exception. Use the same caution you would with email when you consider sharing data from AVA. When you save a Task to the Task Library, all data from that task, including attached documents will be available to everyone who has access to the Task.
