AVA is still in beta, and as a result it is possible you might encounter some unexpected behavior in the application from time to time. If this happens, you have two options to report problems and get help within AVA.
If you are experiencing issues with the application that need to be resolved swiftly. Clicking the "Contact DataRM" button in the header (not visible in portrait orientation on mobile) will allow you to email questions directly to our customer support team. We will connect you with resources or answer your question as swiftly as possible.
If you are encountering unexpected behavior or would like to suggest a new feature or improvement, you can fill out our feedback form. This will help our product development team improve application behavior and target new features.
